On January 20, the ninth CPC Xiangtan Central Hospital Congress was held. This is a conference that carries the trust and expectations of all party members of the hospital, and also bears the concerns of the majority of staff. It will blow the horn of a new journey for the next five years. The conference lasted one day, although the time is short, but it is full of good results, making everyone excited.

At the opening meeting, entrusted by Liu Jun, member of the Standing Committee of Xiangtan Municipal Party Committee and minister of Organization Department, Lu Jianchun, deputy minister of the Organization Department of Xiangtan Municipal Party Committee, expressed warm congratulations to the convening of the conference, and extended sincere greetings and best wishes to the CPC members and the majority of cadres and workers of the hospital. Tang Wenjing, secretary of the CPC Committee and director of the Xiangtan Health Commission, attended the closing meeting and made a speech.

In the warm applause, Mr. Xia Hong, on behalf of the eighth CPC Committee of Xiangtan Central Hospital, gave a report entitled “being energetic to fight for a regional medical center with high quality" in the conference.

Xia stressed that in the next five years, we need to take the advantage of the national efforts to promote the development of public hospital, anchoring a goal, sticking to the “five new” development, realizing the "six enhancements", and creating a brilliant chapter for Huijing.

The congress elected members of the ninth CPC hospital committee and discipline inspection committee, and passed the resolution of their work reports. The Conference closed successfully at 4 p.m.
